Last nights celebrity-laced fundraiser for Joe Biden was touted as a rousing success, but curiously absent was the description justify the phrase that Joe Biden really was the alpha in the room.
Stephen Colbert, hosted a celebrity function for some of the richest Democrat donors on the east coast. In attendance were former presidents Barack Obama and ole "Slick Willy" himself Bill Clinton. All hands were on deck to rake in the cash, some paying as much as $500k to say they rubbed elbows with the swells in the "liberal jungle".
At one point Colbert, himself a Canadian transplant who has made it his life's quest to defame and denigrate the country which has given him everything he couldn't get up in the frozen north, tossed a softball at Biden. To no-ones surprise it was a joke about Trump. The feeble Biden in "Lucky Joe" style came back with a one liner, reminiscent of a line from an old Archie Bunker sitcom. The crowd went wild. Joe actually said an entire comeback without so much as a reference to ice cream or "Cornpop".
This was enough for the "Liberal Media" to crown the barely coherent Biden as "the alpha". So smooth, so cool, he's the alpha. Everyone come and kiss the ring of the coolest kid in the liberal playground. That's why we're forking over $100k for a photo of the "ancient of days'.
At the end of the day, Biden and his cadre of sycophants rolled in over $26M dollars, capping off a clean sweep of the fundraising sweepstakes.
So where was Trump you may ask? Well, while Biden and the Rich Democrats were eating quail and patting each other on the back, Trump was just around the bend attending the funeral of an NYC police officer who was killed in the line of duty. Yes, Biden didn't have time in his schedule to breakaway for one of New York's finest but he sure as hell had time to listen to Liberal elites.
