Over the past number of years it has become obvious that Democrats will stop at nothing to retain power not only in Washington D.C. but at all levels of government. Take for instance what has been happening during the national Presidential election between President Joe Biden and former President Donald Trump.
The Biden Whitehouse has used the Department of Justice and multiple other agencies to try and convict the former President on all sorts of charges. Each of these actions has failed but hasn't deterred the Democrats from attempting to destroy the former leader of America.
Their most recent action has been to seize the assets of the former President under the guise of a Rico statute. This most recent attempt has been stalled in the courts but hasn't stopped the opposition from trying to force its will upon the people.
Over the past 2 years former President Trump has had some 30+ charges filed against him by the Biden Justice Department. One by one they are being dropped, reexamined or reduced. The most recent was a judgment which still has to run through the appellate courts. The draconian way the case is being conducted would have required President Trump to post a staggering, unheard of bond of over $500M dollars.
When the appellate courts judged the preliminary portion of the cast, the bond was reduced by over 60%.
If this decision had not been made in the wee hours of the due date, Attorney General Letitia James was licking her lips. She was prepared to start padlocking landmarks which were part of othe vast Trump holding stable like Trump Tower and other landholdings.
Rank and file Democrats should take warning from these horrific antics taken by the Biden Whitehouse. They could backfire in the face of the next leading official if the next president gets a sassy attitude and decides to issue charges against a Democrat nominee.
